Kate is a qualified and insured Cognitive Hypnotherapy Practitioner, Quest Institute ‘Project You’ Coach and Neuro-Linguistic Programming Practitioner. She holds a Degree in Psychology and a Ph.D. in Organisational Psychology.
Kate holds professional memberships with the Quest Cognitive Hypnotherapy Practitioners Association, the National Council for Hypnotherapy and the British Psychological Society.
For the past 17+ years Kate has led and coached people, and organisations, through positive change. And since 2019 has worked with private therapy and coaching clients, to help them overcome a range of problems including: anxiety, trauma, low self-esteem, depression, feelings of having lost their identity and much more. Kate specialises in working with women
