Paul is a qualified and insured Cognitive Hypnotherapy Practitioner and Neuro-Linguistic Programming Practitioner.
Paul holds professional memberships with the Quest Cognitive Hypnotherapy Practitioners Association, the National Council for Hypnotherapy and is fully DBS checked.
Having worked for 25 years in the corporate world, Paul struggled with his own mental well-being. It was from this experience that he became aware of the desperate need for a different approach to supporting men who are struggling too.
As a result Paul trained as a Mental Health First Aider and this ignited his passion for helping men struggling with mental health challenges. But he still felt more was needed and that was when he left the corporate world and retrained as a Cognitive Hypnotherapist.
Since then Paul has worked with private therapy clients to help them with anxiety, depression, stress, weight issues, self-esteem/lack of confidence issues, addiction and more.
Paul’s areas of specialist interest are:
- Building unshakeable confidence and solid self esteem.
- Supporting clients to overcome gambling addictions.
